All are welcome as we celebrate abilities in our community. This unique event uses wheelchairs to create beautiful works of art. Bring your own or use one of ours!
CIL Jacksonville began Abilities in Art with Riverside Avondale Preservation and Riverside Arts Market in 2013 to raise awareness of the almost 200,000 people with disabilities who live in our community.
