CART Real-Time Captioning
CIL Real-Time Captioning, also known as Communication Access Realtime Translation (CART) services, provide instant translation of the spoken word into English text using a stenotype machine, notebook computer and real-time software.
CIL PLEDGES to provide clients and businesses a quality communication experience. Hiring a CART provider through CIL Jacksonville supports community-based programs for people with disabilities.
